A 28 -story tower is constructed above an existing parking lot.
The tower is located in the hospital campus, adjacent to a residential neighborhood as well as day-care and public spaces, This enables social interactions among members of the community and reinforces the urban life desired in the area.
The main concept of the tower was to create a situation where each dwelling unit has a private garden. The deconstruction of the tower into different dwelling types enables a unique design approach to each of the dwelling units.
The interface between the apartments is used for meeting areas, playgrounds
and viewing balconies.
